This past weekend we went to the local Oktoberfest where my daughter Briana and her dog, a long haired dachshund named Iggy entered the the Weiner races for a bit of competition. We had no idea how Iggy would react, because he usually does a lot of barking and doesn't like a lot of people, but he did just great! He did not win his race, I think he came in 3rd, but he did get a certificate for being the "longest Doxie" in the bunch! In the end he was mostly concerned with us not taking his toy away. It is rare to get a picture of Iggy like this, he runs when he sees the camera. I lucked out on this one, I took it from the back seat because of course the dog gets the front seat.
Hope everyone is having a great week!
