lately i've been just sooooo inspired by humblebeads.....just so so great just to look at and think. heather's beads are awesome. this has inspired me to attempt to make some beads of my own from polymer clay. ugh!! i have found it to be very frustrating for a beginner. but i guess it is getting a little bit better every time i try, but i have so much to learn. i work a full time job, and try to maintain my very small jewelry making business on the side, and creativity pushes me into long nights sometimes. every time i take out the clay i try to learn a new technique. as with everthing else, i am impatient, and would like to see better results quicker! are we all like that?
if anyone has any good polymer clay suggestions, PLEASE let me know!

Sharon,
Thanks for your compliment on my funny cloth beads. I think your work is gorgeous and very evocative of a lovely old piece I inherited from my grandmother. It was wire and polished stones too. As to learning new techniques, I am always doing that too. Everything seems to contribute to the whole in a funny sort of way.
