I tried a new challenge....to alter an Altoid tin in a steampunk style. I never tried steampunk before (ha...you swear I was trying a drug or something!) Well, it was scary, but fun, and I think I did okay...and by the end I actually enjoyed it. Of course the problem is now that I don't have too much steampunk stash around sooo, guess I HAVE to go shopping!
Try something new today...it might be fun!

Wow,
You are just tooooooo amazing dear little sister!!!! If this venue holds true to the others you have "tried" for the first time, within no time you will be creating the most incredible Steampunk mixed media in ohhhhhhhh a couple of projects from now!!!! :) What a wonderful gift you have to be able to pick up new venues and master them in a blink of an eye. You make the rest of us turn multiple shades of green Missy!!!! Maybe if I stand close enough to you some of your talents will spill over onto me!!! :)

I see you are enjoying your "new drug"! LOL I love your piece and that graphic (is it a map?) is just gorgeous! I guess the big drawback is that you HAVE to go shopping, isn't it? The sacrifices we have to make for art!
Oh the things we do to make us shop!
