At times along the way I have to touch base. Feel the metal, cut it, shape it, pound it , and make it mine.

love these shields! i just finished ken follett's 'world without end' (follow-up to 'pillars of the earth') so i am in the medieval mindset already! great choice of everything... and it is nice to take things from raw materials to finished products - it connects you to times past and to yourself and abilities...
