OLD ROSE AND DUSK

DUSK-available here

Two more pairs for the shop. Here we have what I like to call the representation of the two faces of Sharon, vintage and pretty, and the rustic Sharon, a bit of bling among the subtle beauty of silver itself. I can't live without either!

It's been another rough week, as my tooth problem led to a huge antibiotic problem, and I landed up having to get the damned thing pulled anyway. Yes, I am so so so sick of this. I have lost at least 5 teeth over the past 8 years, and the others are mainly caps, and bridges. Is it connected to the autoimmune or vice versa? No one knows. I pray for an answer.

Okay, lets talk jewelry, that's a lot nicer! Thanks for letting me vent, your kind visits, and your friendship. Look for a giveaway in a day or two...it's time to give back to all you lovely people!

Ahhh, dental problems. I have no molars due to the prevailing wisdom of dental treatment when I was young. Little tiny carrie, drill it out. Not much left of the tooth for my later years. But let's talk jewelry. These earings are beautiful.

Sharon, dear-
sorry to hear that, first all the suffering, and then anyway, loosing it-it is NOT a good comfort, but at least that one will not hurt anymore.
Sweet, I love your new earrings, the beautifull rose-with bling, and the wonderfull ear pin- and the rustic braun lovely shining, one.
Sharon I wish you a much better rest of the week.

Both pairs are gorgeous, Sharon. I think my favorite is the one with the vintage pieces. It has such a sweet calmness to it. And having another tooth pulled - oh, ow. I hate, hate, hate teeth problems. You've sure had it all here lately, haven't you. Hugs - Kathy

i really sympathise with you.
i have an appointment with a root canal specialist next week.. a root canal specialist.. i didn't even know they existed till 2 weeks ago.
i go to my dentist.. it's a new one.. my previous dentist.. a fabulous young woman, who left the practice.. and i did not know till i went to make an appointment to see her for a check-up.
the new dentist.. also a young woman tells me i need two fillings re-done (haven't had one for about 6 years), that i needed an x-ray of my front upper teeth (i'm a child of the 50's and my teeth were a wreck from an early age so had gold fillings till one fell out a few years ago - these ones have always caused me grief- you know, the nightmare where you grind your front teeth out). So she takes the x-ray.. then 'the look'.. aahh theres a problem here.. i don't know if you have an infection in your upper teeth.. somethings wrong.. these are the choices .. ladeladela... and you need to see a root canal specialist. so now i'm thinking all sorts of stuff.. or rather, refusing to think about it. had the fillings fixed.. i'm a sook and it hurt.. and now waiting for the 1st march (my appointment)..

on a much happier note..
i do love the old rose earings.. they are very.. me.
will seriously consider spoiling myself with these.
