PEEK

As some of you know, Lenna and I have been working in our altered books for some time, and Lenna has been so gracious with her patience, since this time I have had my book for months. Health setbacks and various other life stuff have gotten in the way, but I hope with this new work I am back on track. These are some new pages I did in my book, and just sent off to her, and now I will get to work in her book soon....yaaaay, that is the best part!
The "Art happens" piece Lenna actually sent to me, and I loved it so much because of the friendship words, I had to use it in my spread, and it is by far my favorite, and a lovely reminder of my dear friend!
Today it is 90 degrees already, and I am heading out to do some errands, and hopefully some art or jewelry time later. Enjoy today friends, and thank you for visiting!!

Sharon,- your page in your book, looks like old beautiful paper, from a time long gone- I love the golden look- and all comes together with the bird images.
Lenna`s image is so wonderful,too- she is truly a sweet friend-I know.
I`m sure you will do something gorgeus when recieving her book, to work with.
Hope you are doing good-dear Sharon-
Hugs,Dorthe

my dear friend, oh my heart jumped a beat to see this beautiful work on your blog and know your book was coming to me to work in!! How sweet you used some bit of somethng I did for you on your pages . . . and that gold stamped mulberry paper . . . i may have sent you some because I have some just like it! Those little things combined with your artful eye creating beauty on the page make my heart sing! I am so happy you felt well and wanted to do this work sharon, I certainly understood when you could not. I am so excited about viewing your new work in your book and then doing something! i will get my book out later today & start playing so I can send mine to you. xoxoxo
