BOO!! AND BLING

copyright sharon borsavage 9/7/2009

This is a new ATC created for Nancy B.' s week 51 Crowabout challenge. I really had fun with this one in my little twisted way again, but ohhh it felt good!!

Then, I felt I needed to balance my brain out with some new jewelry, and these fabulous little glass beads that Cindy Gimbrone made, where she made a groove around the edge of the glass so it made a channel to accept wire, and she sells these wire wrapped already! How talented is she?!! When I saw these beads it was like my mouth was watering looking at them....so I had to do something pretty, but I kinda have something a little more rustic planned for the rest of them I have! I'm still debating about whether to oxidize them or not, probably will, so I didn't put them on etsy yet. Like I said...my brain goes from creepy mode to pretty mode, like when I eat chips and then have to have a candy bar, right? How about you?

That reminds me that I ordered some of those baubles from Cindy too! I like what you did with them and it gives me an idea of the size. Yes, I think you should oxidize them. Very much like the changing fall colors. Thanks for sharing! Enjoy the day! Erin

Hello Miss Sharon,

I'm so sorry about being so behind on getting my Bloglandian sisters visited. :( I'm now suffering the rewards of the procrastinator... the last minute is looming me in the face!!!

Thank you for this ATC!!! I had a great giggle over it :) I wonder if one of his long lost relatives had the name Ichabad Crane??!!!!

Uhhhhh I love the earbobs!! I didn't realize Cindy had the glass beads for sale, thanks, I'll have to take a trip over to her ETSY shop when I take a tea break!!!!

Have a wonderful rest of the week making art, dear kindred sister!!

Pattie ;)

Spooky Halloween ATC. Very cool! I like the pumpkins big teeth. Bright and cheerful earrings! I would oxidize them for added depth.

I think you need to oxidize the earrings otherwise they are just too perfect to wear. I love the colors! I though I was the only one who ate chips and then craved a candy bar-but it is usually ice cream for me.
