EARTH AND SKY

Just posted on etsy today, earth meets sky, sleek meets organic! I might have to take these back for myself!! Seriously though, i'm kidding. I love creating jewelry, but to me it's all about satisfying a creative need and more importantly making someone else happier somehow! Have a happy day everyone!

OOPS!

I almost forgot, a few weeks ago Lorelei and i did a trade...I picked this bracelet from her stash and requested an art bead in exchange for my Love Flies necklace , which she kindly shared with all of you on her blog. OOPS!, i forgot to post my prize, so here it is. Actually i've been wearing it to work a lot!....I just loooove it to death!! Sometimes my mind just fails me...UGH... i hate when that happens! i really do appreciate her trade, i got a beautiful bracelet with Heather Wynn beads that i think are extraordinary, a Nancy...Round Rabbit piece, and a fabulous design combination by Lorelei! What could be better!! She also sent me two beads from Tari at Creative Impressions in Clay. They are beautiful also, very organic and natural looking! Thanks again Lorelei!

Finally, i received my goodies from all my friends, (well not all, i still have other things to order yet), Sue Beads, LeAnn's from Summers Studios, and Jennifer Stumpf's etching.
Can't wait to use them...Hmmm...what to do...........!!!

and here is the beaded bead i made from the pattern cristi from 2ifbysea sent me. not too bad. i have an idea for it but i need to make a few more. thanks cristi for sharing!! it's kinda retro looking, im likin it!!

METHOD TO THE MADNESS

So this is how i work. i recently got bit by the vintage bug and bought this bag you see here of old clasps and such and i am having an absolute ball with it! all my beads are on the other side of the chair you can't see. i know it looks crazy....... am i the only nut out there?!
