LEARNING

I am still getting ready for my store presentation, but also playing with a new soldering technique I am learning .  It's highly addictive and loads of fun!

SUNDAY FLEA & MESSY TABLE

 I spent Sunday doing what I love best, searching the flea market for wonderful vintage finds, and I found so lovelies! I could spend hours doing this. I think a lot of these will end up in the current pieces I am working on for a show in a few weeks.

 And this is just a quick shot at the current state of my worktable...approaching a total out of control chaos, but I can and am getting a lot done! 

BLESSED

 This is the start of a series of pieces I hope to work on in the coming weeks. These symbolic pieces always find their way back into my heart and onto my worktable. They are therapeutic in the making, and  soul lifting in the end......for me. I think others can relate also.

SHE IS FINISHED

 I have been enjoying working on some new mixed media pieces, incorporating different elements with threads, fibers, and sewing. I really want to explore this further, but for now, this is the finished piece.

I hope everyone is doing well after the storm, stay warm and safe and know that I am thinking of all of you!

SOMETHING STIRRING

 The days are growing longer and my impatience is also, as I need color to come back into my life.  These are some recent jewels and journaling I did, and I am working on some new art, maybe not in a journal, maybe as a separate identity....not sure....we'll see what happens, but I feel something moving my soul, something stirring.

SEARCHING

I have been busy making, and adding things to the shop, and still searching for other things to do.WHY? I wish I knew.....I am so restless, I always crave something new to create, never wanting to keep repeating the same thing. I always want to keep learning, keep discovering, keep the mind wiiiiide open. How about you?
